Chase Schroeder - Effective Sales Leader and Team Developer

Development professional Chase Schroeder grew up in Birmingham, Alabama, as the son of South Central Steel (SCS) president Andy Schroeder. He received his diploma from Briarwood Christian High School and subsequently enrolled in the University of Alabama, where he studied business. In 2015, Chase Schroeder entered the professional world as an account manager with Coast2Coast Events, where he regularly surpassed sales goals by 20 percent.

Promoted to assistant director after only two months with Coast2Coast, Mr. Schroeder accepted responsibility for monitoring sales predictions and performance assessment. He implemented new training initiatives targeted at improving profitability within the sales team. Also effective in building customer relationships, he created a new sales pitch that established new standards for team members' interactions with prospects.

Chase Schroeder remained active with Coast2Coast through April of 2016, when he became owner and president of Mountain Top Events. There, he worked with sales staff to improve sales and distribution of products from Fortune 500 telecommunications companies. He has since held the position of solutions specialist with Verizon Wireless, where he served until he accepted his current role as assistant community manager at Bell Partners in early 2017.
